Flip PSU to off. Remove power cable from the back of the PSU. Wait 2-5 minutes. Plug cable back in. Turn on PSU. Power on computer. This worked. I have no idea why. Multiple other users online had the same success with these techniques. Iâm assuming the motherboard doesnât get fully shut off until you remove the power chord.
