Head gasket for F Pace S. My car is just 6 years old; 23k on clock. Now due for annual service. That has been overshadowed by a serious problem. First dash warning coolant fluid low. So into Main dealer and buy one litre which I put in reservoir. Now warning gone; continued motoring for a fortnight. I can't quite agree that a starter is a "life of the product item," but it would still be under warranty for a MY18 in the U.S.. What I find strange is what the starter would have to do with the car cutting off in the first place (since the starter shouldn't be engaging while the car is running and while it's in gear), and why it would interfere with putting the transmission into neutral. Unfortunately, the Jaguar F-PACE landed at the top of the least reliable vehicles list in Consumer Reports. The infotainment system, noises, leaks, and other irritating issues are the top complaints from drivers — not mechanical breakdowns. Hi all, I wanted to get some input out to you guys if any of you are looking to lower your F-Paces. I realize this is a fringe upgrade that probably will only be done by those of us who really want a slightly lowered look and to perhaps get a slightly Clicking sound when turning at slow speeds and center console issue. I have a couple of issues with my F-Pace S and searched the forum already and did not find anything on this. When I am driving slowly in a parking garage or turning into my driveway slowly, I hear a click coming from the wheel well. Does not matter if I am turning right or left. R. I don't ever remember dropping into a pothole but the entire right rear coil snapped in half and the car is in the dealership waiting for the parts ! Camshaft solenoid failure. Needs a convo with the supplying dealer on how they would like to fix. Needs a scan of the DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes) with a Jaguar dedicated scanner though to determine the exact failure. Battery dead. Picked up my 2019 R Sport 2.5 and after one week the battery was dead and I needed to jump the car. Brought to the dealer and they updated the gateway module software. They told me they believe this fixed it but because this was the second 2019 2.5 that they have serviced with this problem they decided to contact Jaguar. Over the past few months, I've started to hear a rattling noise when I drive, primarily at slower speeds. That noise has gotten progressively worse and is now loud and constant. So, I did some further research and I found this link about if your F-Pace does not start properly. Jaguar Owner Information. It states "Alternatively, if the engine fails to start, the alarm system may need to be reset. To reset the alarm system, lock and unlock the vehicle. To replace the battery: Slide the cover in the direction of the arrows to remove. Use the emergency key blade to separate the smart key's body.
